Shipping

We ship to any country with DHL, UPS or FedEx. Rugs are rolled, wrapped in waterproof packaging and fully insured. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days. Import duties, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer; we will tell you what to expect for your country before you pay.

Swap guarantee

You can always swap your rug for another one from our collection — you only pay the delivery cost. Clients in the United States can swap with Ali Baba directly from January to March every year, when he travels there.

Returns

If a rug is not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a return and a full refund.
